Pizza Pizza – Al Manglar

This is our favorite pizza restaurant in Samara, although they serve other great things as well.  The crust is thin and crisp, from northern Italy.  Rosa makes everything fresh.  When I need a treat, I order the gnocchi a la Bolognese – rich and meaty sauce, the gnocchi melts in your mouth.  Opens at 6Pm but the Italians don’t show up until 8.
