A visit from family and friends always gives me a push to do something I don’t normally do.  This morning I was treated with Wow!.

Luis and his fine caballos lead my cousins and I from the football plaza in Carrillo down to a pretty little beach called Playa Robles.  We stopped for a photo op and then headed up into the hills through a cattle pasture.   The views just got better and better as we climbed.  Finally, from the top, all the beaches to the Southeast lined up for us, all the way to Cabo Blanco at the tip of the Nicoya peninsula.  To the Northwest, the bays of Carrillo and Samara sparkled in the sun.  $25.00 for a two hour tour.  8337-3642
